Website updated 18th Feb

The web site has been upday today, the evening of Tuesday 18th February with 348 new items.

Highest demand from the newsletter was for two items: the unreleased Phantom Chords album with was Dave Vanian from The Damned’s side project in late 1980s. The album was scheduled to be released by Polydor and scrapped. Apparently there were acetates and promo cassettes but it got no further.

Also in high demand was the 1979 New Zealand Virgin VS 256 Sex Pistols ‘Silly Thing’. Interesting because. The sleeve states “Paul Cook” on the left hand side instead of “Paul & Steve” as per the UK issue. The colouring is different. The ‘popcorn’ box stripes are more pink than red and on the reverse Bambi is coloured grey on a blue background.

Acquired for the next update are Metallica albums and 12″ and some very cleanPunk singles singles.
