Andy Sc ott (The Sweet) sues Ebay seller and loses

This is ridiculous! Andy Scott of The Sweet sues an Ebay seller who was selling a CD of The Sweet for 1 Euro. Initially he claimed it was unauthorised by he fooloishly failed to check it was indeed licensed and then still proceeded to sue him. He’s now at least £50,000 out of pocket. What a fool!
