My host upgraded their server. In doing so they’ve managed to block all confirmation emails that you automatically receive and the orders that come through to me.
My webmaster is frantically building a back up system that stores them elsewhere so that even when this is resolved it can’t happen again.
However, if you’ve ordered and not received a reply please email me directly with the order.
