Picked up some old punk CDs that I’ve just added to the database, which got me thinking…
With CD sales falling, a lot of labels are no longer repressing CDs and the quantity that they’re doing for new pressings is smaller. Therefore, I think we can expect the value of some of these pressings to rise, similar to what happened with vinyl. Not everyone is going to want a CDr or a download.
