Hugh Cornwell playing Rattus album

Hugh Cornwell is touring the UK this month. The show consists of two sets, the first is his new album Hooverdam and the second a complete performance of Rattus in its entirety. Smart move! That’ll pack the punters in.

I hope he brings a keyboard player in, otherwise it won’t work nearly as well.

I saw Hugh at Rebellion 2008 and he was surprisingly good, but then rather smartly he played a punk set, unlike The Stranglers who headlined an earlier one and didn’t and consequently bombed.
