NOT ON THE LIST? HOW ABOUT ORGANISING YOUR OWN SCREENING?

WE ARE RELYING ON YOU TO HELP US GET THE FILM SHOWN IN AS MANY PLACES AS POSSIBLE SO IF YOU DO NOT SEE A SCREENING IN YOUR LOCATION, HELP US MAKE IT HAPPEN.

THERE ARE THREE WAYS TO HELP GET A SCREENING IN YOUR AREA:

1. LET US KNOW ABOUT LOCAL INDEPENDENT CINEMAS  VIA EMAIL OR FACEBOOK
WE WILL CONTACT THE PROGRAMMER TO BOOK IN A SCREENING. WE ARE TRYING TO DO THIS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE TO SAVE YOU GUYS MONEY. PLEASE BE PATIENT IF YOU HAVE CONTACTED US ABOUT YOUR OWN EVENT, AS WE ARE WORKING DAILY TO ADD CINEMAS TO THE LIST.

2. ORGANISE YOUR OWN EVENT
WE CHARGE A ONE OFF FEE £150 EX. VAT FOR COMMUNITY SCREENINGS SIMPLY EMAIL: [email protected]
WITH YOUR NAME/LOCATION/POSSIBLE DATE/DETAILS ON WHO/WHAT THE EVENT IS BEING ORGANISED FOR. RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE VENUE/PUBLICITY IS YOUR OWN BUT SO IS ANY MONEY YOU MAKE FROM THE EVENT.

BASED IN WALES? WE HAVE SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY FOR WELSH COMMUNITY GROUPS
THE  COALFIELD REGENERATION TRUST WILL COVER THE SCREENING FEE FOR ORGANISATIONS PUTTING ON COMMUNITY SCREENINGS IN THE OLD COALFIELD IN WALES. PLEASE GET IN CONTACT FOR DETAILS

3.COLLABORATE ON AN EVENT.
IF YOU ARE ORGANISING A BIG EVENT, WE CAN WAIVE THE FEE IN EXCHANGE FOR 50/50 (OR MORE- DEPENDING ON OUR INVOLVEMENT)  SPLIT OF THE BOX OFFICE TAKINGS.

(BIG TIP: BEFORE TRYING TO HIRE THE CINEMA- WHICH CAN BE VERY EXPENSIVE – GET IN TOUCH AND WE WILL SEE IF WE CAN GET THE FILM BOOKED IN AS PART OF THEIR REGULAR PROGRAM- THE MORE EMAILS THEY GET EXPRESSING AN INTEREST IN THE FILM THE EASIER THIS IS.  ALSO  LETTING THEM KNOW THAT YOU CAN BUILD THE SCREENING LOCALLY AND  MAYBE SPONSOR PARTS OF THE EVENT LIKE THE COST OF Q&A FOR THE TEAM WILL REALLY HELP PERSUADE  CINEAMAS TO GET ON BOARD.)
